Jason Hammel (Lula Cafe), Chris Pandel (Balena, the Bristol), and Courtney Joseph (Takashi) are just three of the 19 chefs who’ll create a signature dish for this year’s Key Ingredient Cook-Off. As in our biweekly chefs’ challenge, each was tasked with a particular ingredient, in this case one of five taken from past installments of the Reader feature. Now you get to taste the concoctions and pick a winner. Doesn’t that sound cool? (There’s wine and beer too.)
