Re: “Cyrano's Farm Kitchen

Nice new concept of French country cuisine. Loved the menu with lots of interesting choices and small plates too. Decor is very rustic with wood from old barns. Charming. Pommes Frites snack was out of sight, four delicious sauces for dipping. Had to have foie gras and it was served on a salad. Also did fromages - and had a taste of all three - Chevre, Brie and white cheddar. Roasted beets with goat cheese excellent. Friend had the caesar salad and loved it. I had the homemade Milla from chef's grandmother's recipe and friend had some chocolate truffles. Everything great. And great coffee to boot. Will go back and try the Plat Principals!
