Kathleen Puls Andrade's one-woman comedy recounts her taxing, marathon efforts to get pregnant despite being over 40 and having a uterus roughly the size of an "over-roasted cashew." The evening has its share of groaners involving turkey basters and specula. One countrified musical number features the unfortunate refrain, "Goin' down the hoo-ha highway" (though in another song she rhymes "tutor us" and "uterus," which ain't half bad). But the handful of quiet, truthful moments are incredibly moving. A scene where Puls Andrade receives a hope-dashing phone call while standing in line at a Circuit City store had me wiping away tears. --Zac Thompson
