Deirdre O'Connor has written a couple episodes of PBS's The Electric Company and her 2009 play has the schematic elements, if not the subject matter, of an educational program for kids: posing as college students, two 15-year-old girls get in over their heads with grown men and learn important, predictable lessons. That this 90-minute Profiles Theatre production doesn't come off feeling the least bit formulaic owes a little to O'Connor's easy touch with dialogue and a lot to Joe Jahraus's nuanced direction. The four-member ensemble work smoothly together, negotiating the always-creepy territory of intergenerational sex with sensitivity and assurance. --Tony Adler
