To the editors:

In response to the article on Gurumayi Chidvilasananda [Our Town, July 3], I also attended the free series. I went on the last day. I regret that I did not attend every day.

I have changed my life, due to the experience I encountered with the Guru. This was the first time I was able to meditate successfully. Anyone with an open, positive mind would feel the bliss, being in the environment of Gurumayi.

What point was Bonnie McGrath trying to make? What a negative and petty response she had toward a positive and meaningful experience.
