Four solo artists ponder the meaning of social networking in this delightful Tellin' Tales Theatre presentation. In "Redface," Beth Ann Bryant-Richards resists the hive, fearful that face-to-face embarrassments will be repeated online. Tekki Lomnicki's "Love in the Time of Facebook" has her opening up about her self-lacerating need to search out old lovers. Dave Awl's whimsical yet pointed "Facebook 2020" imagines a future in which he literally lives inside his account--"like a member of the Borg, without unattractive facial implants"--while Barrie Cole's acerbic rant, "Another Brick in the Wall," attacks Facebook as "ADD harnessed and made into art." Cole also reenacts the famous viral video "David After Dentist." Some moments feel underdeveloped, but most of these status updates have charm and wit. --Kerry Reid
