Comedy
The vengeful shmoes of the 2011 comedy hit (Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, and Charlie Day) decide to get even with the cold-blooded CEO (Christoph Waltz) who has bankrupted their manufacturing business. This is the sort of slapdash comedy in which characters get smarter or stupider from one scene to the next, depending on the script demands. Only Jamie Foxx, playing a low-rent thug with a sensitive side, comes close to establishing a consistent persona; the rest of the players seem to be competing to see who can say the most offensive thing with a straight face. Sean Anders (That's My Boy) directed.
