Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey

Disney's 1993 remake of its own popular 1963 live-action adventure story—The Incredible Journey, directed by the late Fletcher Markle—about two dogs and a cat trekking across 250 miles of Canadian wilderness to catch up with their owners, who've just moved. Directed by Duwayne Dunham (of Twin Peaks fame) from a script by Caroline Thompson and Linda Woolverton, and employing the voices of Michael J. Fox, Sally Field, and Don Ameche, who speak for the animals.
