Seasonal Halloween parties, parades, haunted houses, and other special events are scheduled throughout the city and suburbs. Please note that this information is subject to change, and some events require advance registration or reservations. We strongly suggest calling ahead to confirm. Halloween Pumpkin Patches The Chicago Park District sponsors "patches" featuring pumpkin decorating, hayrides, and other family-oriented events.

The Haunted "L" Quest Theatre Ensemble offers Chicago ghost stories, along with puppets based on Maurice Sendak's Where the Wild Things Are, for this elevated tour. a 10/20-29: Thu-Fri 7, 7:25, 7:50, and 8:15 PM, Sat 11:40 AM and 12:30, 12:55, and 1:20 PM.
