The Dining Room at Kendall College is hosting a special 5-course menu dinner on Monday, March 1 from 6 – 8 pm to benefit the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund. Dinner costs $55 per person and price does not include tax, tip or beverages. 100% of funds collected will go directly to Haitian relief. www.clintonbushhaitifund.org The authentic Haitian menu below will be prepared by Kendall’s Chef Massimo and Chef Maurice Bonhomme, Jr. a native of Haiti who has spent the last two decades working at Pane Caldo in Chicago. Rum Kremas Griots (Fried Pork) with Spicy Ti Malice Sauce Red Beans and Rice Pain Patate (Sweet Potato Pudding)
