The weekend fest is dedicated to promoting healthy eating and sustainable food industries with cooking demonstrations, lectures, and panel discussions. Featuring appearances by and workshops with Chicago food industry notables Rick Bayless, Paul Fehribach, Bruce Sherman, and Abra Berens.
