Dear editor:

In the January 19 issue, Jonathan Rosenbaum had a review for the movie Four Rooms [Movies]. Only one thing offended me in the entire article. Mr. Rosenbaum referred to the ritual conducted in "The Missing Ingredient" as "satanic rituals." As it was clearly pointed out, the women were a coven of witches performing a goddess ritual. It would be rather difficult to perform a satanic ritual if you don't believe in Satan. To believe in Satan you must also believe in the Christian god. The women were worshipping a goddess. A non-Christian deity. It's paganism. You know, "the Old Religion"? There may be a fine line to you, but to many others, like myself, there's quite a large gap between satanism and paganism.
