Drama, Romance
Two couples in Los Angeles experiment with group sex in an attempt to reinvigorate their marriages, but end up putting them—as well as their friendships—in jeopardy. This low-budget drama scores points for emotional maturity; instead of turning it into a tale of infidelity, writer-director Eric Haywood has his characters talk about their feelings before they can turn destructive. The movie at times seems like an extended therapy session, which might be interesting if the couples weren't so generic or the actors playing them had any chemistry with each other. Instead this feels about two or three times longer than it really is, with the characters constantly explaining to each other what just happened in the previous scene.
