Re: “New Illinois law defines ‘stoned driving’

I had 2 DUI in past I do not drink since 08 last DUI I am a MMP I was stoped 6+months ago asked to take blood test I ate peace pot muffen in the am n about 3 hits noon . day befor I ate about 4 muffins and same day befor that when Iwas stoped 1 am next morning hbedding home I was not high was 12 hours since the 3 hits blood test showed 38 ng I ended up with my 3 DUI now have no license for next 5 years which. Messes up my life . bad also have to do drug and alcohol classes alcohol assessments in have to have a breathalyzer installed after 5 years using blood to say your not fit to drive is not right THC stays in blood longer then the high up to 30+ day's . also one code for impaired driving is not right Michigan has a strict 3rd DUI Law written for drunk drivers that is considered to have problem so my ouid is listed at the DMV as a drunk driving . because of it all is one code . that is not right !! What happen to the beyond the Reasonable Doubt in court . if anything a polygraph would be more efficient for marijuana use not blood .

Re: “New Illinois law defines ‘stoned driving’

I'm a Michigan marijuana patient I got pulled over for crossing the fog line 6 months ago was asked to take a blood testblood test showed 38 nanogramsso the problem is is I was not high I had a piece of. Pot muffin that morning had three hits the joint about noon 1:30 a.m. the next morning I was driving home and got stoppedI had some muffins the day before and some muffins the day before that marijuana stays in your system up to 30 days . I have two prior DUI last one back in 08 when my parents passedI've not drank alcohol since 08 now this marijuana charge list me as a 3rd DUI at the Secretary of State because it's all one codeI have no license for the next five years have to do alcohol assessment courses have to have a breathalyzer in my vehicle after the 5 years and I have not drank since 08 1 code for driving Under the Influence is not rightI was given a new ouid but when it gets the Secretary of State they see one code DUI luckily I did manage to get my new ouid lowered to a second with courts but not with the secretary of state in Michigan they have the 3d offender law listed as a felony you lose your license for 5 years plus obviously alcohol and marijuana is two totally separatecharges why is there only one code for the Secretary of Statenow my life is in Ruins I live alone and I'm having problems living
