Only one of the five courses is savory (and it's small); the rest of pastry chef Sarah Kosikowski's dessert tasting menu consists of dishes like roasted apple cake, mulled red wine-poached apples, and cranberry meringue, and Manjari chocolate creme, morello cherry compote, and creme fraiche.
