A cheerful, friendly Polish/Lithiuanian restaurant serving up very generous portions of home cooking at low prices. Offers a rather extensive menu of standard east European fare such as pierogi, kugelis and sausages and also offers such items as lamb and a reasonable selection of fish. The restaurant has daily specials and offers a kids menu. You can have the entres ala carte or upgrade to a meal which includes soup, salad, drink and dessert. The meal verson is a couple bucks more, still keeping many of the meals below $10. Portions are generous and most customers take something home. The clientele seemed to be mostly retired individuals and some families. Service was a tad slow probably due to the non-hurried homey nature of the place. A little off the beaten path but worth a visit.
