Dear Reader:

The listing about our courses in your April 10 edition [Calendar] might give readers the wrong impression of Henry George and the ideas we teach. You said that George's single tax would "amount to enough cash to wipe out poverty." It doesn't really matter how much revenue the tax generates. The key is that if only natural resources are taxed, they become available to people who need them, productivity increases, and workers' income rises.
