I returned yesterday from a job in Indianapolis. After picking up a copy of the Reader, I poured a glass of apple cider, nonpasteurized, and sat down to read. Pass word on to writer Ted Kleine ["The New Cider House Rules," November 8] that he can still get (if not sold out) the real stuff from Dougherty Orchards, Cambridge City, Indiana, about an hour's drive east of Indianapolis. Tel 765-478-5198.
