If you're not yet tired of dramas masquerading as documentaries or documentaries that court a "postmodern" disbelief, there are some creepy chuckles to be had from this allegedly true 2010 account of a hip, young New York photographer named Nev Schulman and his Facebook interaction with what seems to be a circle of ardent fans in Michigan. When one such contact turns into a potential hookup with a 19-year-old hot bod, Schulman decides to make an incursion into flyover country, accompanied by his filmmaker brother, Ariel, and Ariel's codirector, Henry Joost. Shockingly, it turns out that some things on the Internet are not 100 percent legit.
