White Oak Tavern chef John Asbaty teams up with LouisJohn Slagel of Slagel Family Farm for a meat-centric menu made with freshly butchered stock from Slagel's farm. The five-course dinner includes charcuterie, grilled beef tongue salad, and a roasted guinea hen. Wine or beer pairings are available for $25. Reservations required.
