Born with a silver spoon is very ignorant to say. People work hard for their families. What they should be addressing is black on black crimes and not the police. There is something to say when urban people don't have respect for life. They need to develop conflict resolution skills, respect for life. Once all that has been accomplished then that community can work on bettering themselves and doing it themselves with no help from the government. My family had nothing. My dad never accepted a hand out. He managed to put my brother and I through college.
