At the official marathon expo, Brooks Sports will host its Run Happy® Cavalcade of Curiosities, a running-inspired carnival experience complete with the Arcade of Oddities “museum” displaying running wonders such as the world’s biggest shoe, the legendary “Bunion Boy’s” malady preserved and pulsating in a jar, and other strange and memorable exhibits. Cavalcade visitors (and media!) can have their gait analyzed by one of Brooks’ biomechanical specialists. The computer analysis helps determine how a runner’s foot and ankle move through a running gait cycle and which shoe would provide the perfect ride for their stride!
