Named for—but not manufactured by—the venerable South Deering shrimp shack, this hunter's-orange-colored union of vinegar, mustard, and capsaicin can only be found in the southeast side's finest eating establishments, such as its namesake, and the great Loncar's Liquors (home of Wednesday deep-fried taco nights). Aggressively pungent, it's the perfect foil for anything bathed in boiling oil, cutting through the grease like a mustard-edged battle-ax.
