Three Aces

1321 W. Taylor

Matt Troost makes beautiful, crispy pizzas topped with Italian treats like porchetta, bacon and eggs, Calabrian chiles, and rapini pesto, which are already a good deal at around $10 each. But on Mondays it's an embarrassment of riches when the pizzas are half off. Bonus: they're served on a log. —Kristina Meyer
