Achieve your athletic strength: run, strengthen and stretch. The focus of the course will be on speed, strength, balance, core and flexibility. Workouts will include track work, kettlebells, TRX training and plyometrics. Taught by Leslie Mras, Donna Schober and Maki Uechi. 6-week sessions.
