Around the World in 80 Minutes

A novelty feature from 1931, with Douglas Fairbanks narrating an assemblage of newsreel, travelogue, and trick footage, purporting to represent a world tour. The running time, natch, is exactly 80 minutes. Victor Fleming, an old Fairbanks cohort, is credited with the direction. Sounds strange enough to sniff out.
