Film history has preferred to remember the Vittorio De Sica of The Bicycle Thief and Miracle in Milan and forget the tired hack of such projects as Woman Times Seven, Sunflower, and this 1966 Peter Sellers vehicle about a con man posing as a film director. Neil Simon wrote the script; with Victor Mature, Britt Ekland, and Martin Balsam. 103 min.
