Reply to Brenda Calvin "Reproductive Rights" [Letters, March 6]: Brenda Calvin, your letter, paragraph four, asks, "What is wrong with our perspective?"

Brenda, something is wrong with your perspective. You would place total value on our own species' embryos while ignoring the rights of other species to exist. People like you think that life is our property but it is not. We share life, we don't own it.

When we all change this point of view and include rights of all creatures then we shall no longer be savages.
