How about putting a few light grill marks on that bun pictured here? Looks as if it came out of a package whose domain is the lowest shelf at the corner grocery. Only a few fine dining chef/owners have translated to casual cuisine. They cannot think simply. They must overstate and when it comes to sandwiches/panini it is a glaring error. Bread is crucial when it comes to ingredients and amount of them. Grilling sandwiches properly is actually quite a skill to master.This establishment is very much like that place 'Bunk' in Portland Or. In the economic downturn many fine dining chefs have tried to squeeze into the lower price casual cuisine sector and for many it has not done well for their rep. Watch with foodtrucks..as in Portland out of work realtors/stock traders and all other non food people imagined they could be a chef and the customers suffered those delusions.

Please close. Heartland Cafe has been giving veg and vegan food a bad rap for years.
Everyone knows it. These arrogant hacks ran their business VERY poorly in all departments
for decades. They didn't know how banks work and on and on ad nauseam. These people are crooks just like any other crook. Ludicrous and a waste of press.
