Re: “Rootstock Wine & Beer Bar”
cozy, charming, bistro... stumbled in after a long bike ride on a hot summer day (a little grungy & under dressed) and got a wonderful dining experience. Since the wine we ordered wasn't fully chilled the bartender comped us two unique south american wine spritzers to tide us over until the wine was ready to go. Great Food and all around atmosphere.
