Coincidently I had mentioned to a friend the desire to make a REAL "Mincemeat Pie" earlier in the week preceeding your article, & even Googled the subject. Then Fri. - VOILA - your artcle appears. The questions I have now are, at what temperature do you cook this "Monarch Of Pie's"? Does it need to reach an internal temperature for required doneness? Citron - is this product readily avail.? I do plan on doubling up on my Lipitor prior to consumption. (& doubling the amount of Nutmeg) Thanks.
