This Saturday the Museum of Contemporary Art kicks off 40 Free Days, a celebration of its 40th anniversary, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and free cupcakes. The freebies continue through Wednesday, November 14, with exhibit tours and lectures by designers Todd Oldham and Cynthia Rowley, author Audrey Niffenegger, music critic Jim DeRogatis, and others. Other highlights include a sunrise yoga session with complimentary breakfast from Puck's on Saturday, October 6, and an outdoor concert with Flosstradamus and the Cool Kids, Califone, Poster Children, the 1900s, the Eternals, and Headache City on Sunday, October 7, from 1 to 6 PM.
