I’m as Chicago as they come. Growing up in Hyde Park, I learned all the social skills a well-adjusted child needs. As a student at the University of Chicago, I lost every single one of them. After graduating, I worked for artist Theaster Gates and wrote for publications like the A.V. Club, Time Out Chicago, Cue Arts Foundation, and the Reader.
