Time to plan the week. Here's some of what we recommend:

Mon 3/21: Uncommon Ground (1401 W. Devon) hosts a three-course tasting dinner featuring local booze from the Koval Distillery. Chef Alex Labounty’s menu includes beet salad, corn sopes, and apple pie, and each course is paired with a cocktail featuring a different Koval spirit. 6 PM

Milwaukee rapper Juiceboxxx plays the Empty Bottle (1035 N. Western) tonight. Through 4/3: This year the Macy's Flower Show's theme is "America the beautiful," featuring flora from all regions of the country to tell the story of the United States' history. Flower displays on the ninth floor of Macy's (111 N. State) range from traditional gardens to gowns built from blossoms.

Through 4/23: The Borderline Collective presents "Northern Triangle," a group show at Rational Park (2557 W. North) featuring work inspired by the refugee crisis at the U.S./Mexico border.

Wed 3/23: Sonic Youth cofounder Thurston Moore joins WBEZ’s Tony Sarabia in conversation at the Old Town School of Folk Music (4545 N. Lincoln). 8 PM
