Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered.

British street artist My Dog Sighs makes his U.S. debut at Vertical Gallery with the recently opened exhibit "Lost and Found," a series of works featuring detailed faces created on upcycled cans. He'll supplement the exhibit with four Chicago murals and more than 100 pieces of street art.

Dick Powell and Ellen Sturgess star in Christmas in July, a 1940 comedy about a man who is duped into believing he won $25,000 from a slogan contest. Tonight at the Gene Siskel Film Center, former Reader film critic Jonathan Rosenbaum introduces this screening of the Preston Sturges classic and later discusses the film.

Nick Zammuto's self-named four-piece band stops by Schuba's tonight. In Soundboard Peter Margasak writes, "He updates old-time murder ballads in 'Henry Lee,' about a man who kills his true love, and evokes a nagging sense of guilt about an unspoken misdeed in a track that he's for some obscure reason titled 'Hegemony,' whose instrumental component is a fizzy rush of Dirty Projectors-style complexity."
