Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered.

Here's something more lovely and more temperate than a regular summer's day: the Chicago Shakespeare Theatre is performing A Midsummer Night's Dream at 3 PM. Graced by the presence of Oberon, Titania, and Puck, the lush greenery of Garfield Conservatory Park lights up with magic. Grab a blanket, find a spot of grass, and kick back with some ol' Bard.

Lazy Sundays are so not rock 'n' roll. Instead, consider entering today's Rock 'n' Roll Half-Marathon and 5K. Beginning at the Columbus and Monroe intersection of Grant Park, the race along the scenic lakefront features live, local bands along the entire course, followed by more music at a finish line festival and post-race concert.

Comedian Nate Bargatze performs tonight at Schubas Tavern. "He keeps a natural, calm demeanor—and a sweet southern accent—as he lets you in on his life story," writes the Reader's Brianna Wellen.
