Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered.

A Chicago winter should seem balmy to National Geographic photographer Paul Nicklen. He grew up on Baffin Island in the northernmost reaches of Canada, and instead of heading south as an adult, he stayed up there to shoot bears—with his camera. In his "Spirit of the Wild," he shares photos and stories of his adventures. Learn about his work tonight at the Goodman Theatre.

Cheryl Dunn's Everybody Street, which looks at lauded street photographers, including Bruce Gilden, Ricky Powell, and Jamel Shabazz, screens at the Gene Siskel Film Center.

Tony Adler calls Difficulties "a wry, hilarious discourse on being older, unattached, and female in the city." See this Rhinoceros Theater Festival show at Prop Thtr.
