Today's Christmas Eve—what do you feel like listening to? Phil Spector? Vince Guaraldi? Mariah Carey? Well, everyone has their preferred Christmas music, but my favorite Christmas song has the distinction of also being my favorite dub song. Jackie Mittoo, Bagga, and Pablove Black's "After Christmas" may not sound like much other Christmas music—or really any other Christmas music for that matter—but it is one badass, slow-crawling, hazy holiday cut. The music sounds like it's beamed in from Mars, its Christmas carolers a bit more, er, befogged than usual. For today's 12 O'Clock Track, enjoy "After Christmas" below, and have a very irie holiday.
