At the Chicago Architecture Foundation, scientists, city planners, and architects, including Claire Cahan, Phil Enquist, and Frances Whitehead take part in a panel discussion titled Trickle Up: The Scale of Water in Chicago. Iker Gil and Joshua G. Stein moderate.
