Street View is a fashion series in which Isa Giallorenzo spotlights some of the coolest styles seen in Chicago.

Meagan took her not-so-basic T-shirt and jeans combo to the next level by accessorizing the heck out of it. She revived a grunge trend by tying a print button-down shirt on her waist, and added unexpected polish by pairing it with a classy turban. Meagan is the manager of the Urban Outfitters Surplus Store on Clark just south of Fullerton. Of course shopping local and/or vintage is always best, but I gotta say that place is pretty sweet. I'll never pay full price at Urban Outfitters again.
