Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered.

Fifty-year-old major-league baseball player Jamie Moyer discusses his book, Just Tell Me I Can't, with author Jonathan Eig at Revolution Brewing Company.

No Lights No Lycra is a weekly, lights-off dance party that was spearheaded in Melbourne, Australia, in 2009 and has since gone international, establishing scenes in Berlin, Glasgow, Brooklyn, and Vancouver, among others. The inaugural Chicago edition takes place tonight at Defibrillator.

British extreme-metal legends Carcass play Reggie's Rock Club. Monica Kendrick says that their comeback album, Surgical Steel, "is so fucking devastating that it’d redeem even the most cliched reunion story."
