Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered:

Photographer Vivian Maier left more than 100,000 negatives, and art historians are still trying to fit together the pieces of her life and work. Tonight at the Chicago History Museum, artist Pamela Bannos lectures on "The Reinvention of Vivian Maier."

At the Harold Washing Library Center, William Friedkin, director of The Exorcist and Killer Joe, discusses his memoir, The Friedkin Connection, with film critic Adam Kempenaar.

At Music Box, the Sundance Channel is providing a sneak peek of its first original TV show, Rectify, which tells the story of an ex-con readjusting to live outside of prison.
