This week on the B Side Leor Galil profiles the "titillating" and "punk as fuck" gay synth-pop outfit Baathhaus (formerly known as Daan), whose hypertheatrical stage show has included choreographed groping, faked cardiectomies, and a dance routine "devoted to robot fetishes." Their gig opening for Diamond Rings tomorrow night at the Empty Bottle sounds like a sure thing to get your Halloween weekend started.

This week's installment of Gossip Wolf dishes about upcoming releases by cultishly adored local psych-garage group Radar Eyes, some on vinyl and one in the trendy "small human being" format. Three Beats has news from the classical, indie-pop, and art-rock scenes. And on Soundboard we recommend upcoming shows by Knife Party, A.C. Newman, Okkyung Lee & David Behrman, the Sea and Cake, and R. Kelly, who apparently commands five figures to appear at a strip club.
