Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered:

Cole's converts its performance space into a makeshift movie house for Cinema Minima, which will partner with Cinema Culture to present Celebration of the Grotesque & Morbid—ten short films with a decidedly disturbing disposition.

Folksinger William Elliott Whitmore stops by the Bottom Lounge as he continues to promote his 2011 LP, Field Songs; Samantha Crain opens.

A Class Act, in production at Theater Wit, is based on the life of Broadway songwriter Edward Kleban, who Albert Williams says "left behind a trunkful of quirky, beautifully crafted, unpublished songs that playwrights Linda Kline (Kleban's lover) and Lonny Price use as the basis for their portrait."
