Looking for something to do today? Agenda's got you covered:

In light of the recent passing of author Ray Bradbury, Northbrook Public Library has been screening noteworthy film adaptations of his work. This week, catch Francois Truffaut's 1966 version of Fahrenheit 451.

The South Side Hub of Production hosts its inaugural story slam. The first theme: "Time's Up!"—stories about the ticking of a clock and the dread it imposes.

Hip-hop duo and Brooklyn natives Smif-n-Wessun perform at the South Loop venue the Shrine.
