Adam Dunn is slugging again, just as we predicted

Worth every dollar
In Seattle last night, Adam Dunn homered twice, doubled, and drove in five, leading the White Sox to a 7-3 win over the Mariners. Our favorite Sox player is now hitting .265, more than a hundred points higher than he hit last year, and he already has 12 RBI.

No doubt you recall that way back on March 9, as spring training began, we predicted that Dunn would hit 30-plus homers this season and win the comeback player of the year award.

When Dunn struggled earlier this month, there were plenty of fickle, fair-weather fans, some on this very newspaper, who couldn't wait to point it out. We hope they're learning a lesson.
