Also Friday night, Dovetail (1452 W. Chicago) hosts an opening reception for "With Us," an exhibit of photos by Leslie Bembinster and Christopher Hainey (of local band Maps and Atlases) from 7 to 10 PM, where you can also get summer stock for 50 percent off.
This Friday through next Wednesday, the Topshop/Topman truck is back after teasing the crowds over Lollapalooza weekend. If you see it, stop by for a gift card that can range in value from $5 to $100 off merch at the store, which opens September 7. Starting tomorrow, go to the stores' Facebook page and click on the Chicago tab for a location tracker.
The Vintage Heaven sale is back this weekend with a gathering of vintage vendors at Heaven Gallery, 1550 N. Milwaukee; hours are noon to 6 PM Saturday and Sunday.
