As Mike Sula notes in his review of GT Fish & Oyster this week, on one of his visits to the River North restaurant he was startled to find his steak fries delivered in a newsprint cone made from the seafood-focused restaurant listings that ran in the April 14 Reader. Here's the photo he sent from his iPhone:


This week's Cocktail Challenge also takes place at GT, where Boka mixologist Benjamin Schiller made a cocktail out of kombu, seaweed.
