Double-digit negative wind chills over the next few days will show us who's most serious about shopping. Tonight, there's a launch party for bespoke menswear line Sebastian Grey Clothiers at Halo, 70 W. Clark, from 6 to 8 PM. Get a tie and a $100 gift card with any purchase from the line. Suitably masculine freebies like scotch and cigars will be provided.

Florodora's Scandal Sale continues at both the original boutique, 330 S. Dearborn, and Florodora Shoes, just a couple steps south at 348 S. Dearborn. Everything is at least 20 percent off, including already reduced items.

Tula, 3738 N. Southport, holds a warehouse sale Friday through Sunday with tons of inventory from its sister store, Panache (in Grand Haven, Michigan). Find pieces from Elizabeth & James, Vince, James Perse, Malene Birger, and more. Discounts run from 50 to 90 percent off and there are racks with items as low as $49.

On Saturday, getting up early can save you money at two different events. Local designer Kate Boggiano holds a warehouse sale with discounts starting at 55 percent off at 8 AM; at 11 AM it changes to 30 percent off. It's on the third floor of 2150 S. Canalport from 8 AM to 4 PM. Up north, Krista K holds its own Shop Around the Clock sale, with discounts starting at 50 percent off already reduced merchandise at 8 AM and stopping at 20 percent at noon. You can save 20 percent off regularly priced items as well. It's at 3458 N. Southport.
