Public Radio Stations to Seize the Day with the Impact of Government Project

Last week Ken Doctor reported, and Michael Miner followed up on, the news that several public radio stations were in talks to use foundation money to expand their reporting and editing staffs by about a hundred new hires per city. The NYT reports that it's good to go, and there are even more cities than Doctor initially reported (via WBEZ's @wbezedwards).
